You agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and CUF Advisors LLC or its affiliates. and suit, if any, must be brought exclusively within the courts of the State of Illinois, Cook County. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Illinois.
    
    YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE SITE, OR THE TERMS OF USE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR BE FOREVER BARRED.
